Automotive Highlights

Best shop in augusta by far. Its family owned and ran. They focus on fixing your issue and giving a great experience to get you back on the road not just getting money from customers. Great prices and very helpful. Highly recommend.

I have been looking for a place to either repair or give me an honest assessment about whether my efforts would be better served getting a different vehicle. I happened upon the folx at Automotive Highlights and 1st impressions were wonderful! Crystal listened to my MANY ISSUES and reports from 3 other mechanics who couldn't fix them and subsequently referred me to the dealership. I feel they genuinely understood my frustrations and she reassured they would take the time to evaluate at no charge. While their report was not favorable for pursuing repairs, I greatly appreciate that they gave me what I asked for exactly and honestly. 10/10 would recommend, 10000% will return in the future if/when services are needed.
